Antoun Haddad
Mr. Haddad, born in 1952 in Syria, finished successfully his degree in mechanical engineering at the Technical University of Dresden (Germany) in 1976. During the following years he worked for a notable Syrian company, first as a project engineer and later as a manager for international projects within the Arabian region.
In 1985, he accepted the offer of a German manufacturer for machines and industrial plants for the position of the Sales Manager. This was particularly attractive because the main customers operated in the Near and Middle East. During this time Mr. Haddad realized the importance of combining technical know-how with business order and contractual bid acquisition. His commitment was especially directed towards the sensitive bridging of economic as well as cultural differences.
In 1989 with this final motivating knowledge, he founded his own business - successfully bridging the gap between European suppliers and Arabian consumers.
